If the delivered service does not meet the requirements originally agreed upon, BookPublisher.my will review the matter and, where appropriate, make reasonable corrections at no additional cost.

If you wish to cancel an order or service, you should contact BookPublisher.my as soon as possible and preferably within 24 hours of placing the order.

Cancellation requests made simply because of a change of mind may not be accepted, particularly where work has already commenced.

Any refund request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, taking into consideration the status of the project, work already completed, costs incurred, and the applicable service package.

Each BookPublisher.my service package may have its own revision policy.

Where revisions are included, customers may request revisions within 5 to 10 days after the order status changes to “Waiting for Customer Approval,” unless a different revision period has been specified for the particular service.

Customers should communicate revision requests to their assigned Project Manager or through the designated project management system.

Customers may also request reasonable changes to their content after delivery but before publication, subject to the scope of the purchased service.

Where applicable, completed content may be provided in editable formats such as Microsoft Word. Unless otherwise agreed, customers retain ownership of their original content.

Refund requests are considered on a case-by-case basis. BookPublisher.my aims to address customer concerns fairly and professionally.

However:

• Refunds are generally not provided for minor errors, customer delays, or differences in word count that do not materially affect the agreed service.
• Refunds may not be provided where the customer has not raised concerns within the applicable revision period or introduces substantially new requirements after the order has been completed.
• Tips or voluntary payments are non-refundable.
• Customers requesting a refund before work begins should submit the request within one business day of placing the order.
• Once work has commenced, any refund may be partial and will depend on the amount of work already completed and the terms of the relevant service package.

If a project is delayed due to circumstances within our responsibility, customers should first contact our support or project management team so that the matter can be investigated.

Where BookPublisher.my is demonstrably responsible for a significant delay and the customer has made reasonable attempts to contact us regarding the delay, compensation or a partial refund may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

If a customer believes that a delivered service does not meet the originally agreed requirements, the customer should communicate the concern clearly and provide supporting details.

Where appropriate, BookPublisher.my may provide revisions or corrections before considering a refund.

Refund requests relating to inadequate delivery will generally be considered only after the customer has used the applicable revision opportunities and submitted documented concerns within a reasonable period following delivery.
